How much do you charge for delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders over €100 shipped within the EU.
Standard postage or courier rates apply for orders outside the EU. Please see our shipping calculator to calculate how much your shipping will cost.

Which payment methods are accepted

We accept all major credit and debit cards, and can arrange a bank transfer if you prefer (contact our customer support for details). For Bank transfers please allow an extra 5 days for the payment to be processed.

How long will delivery take?

If you order before 8am we will ship your order the same day.

We are currently shipping from our distribution center in Holland

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery inside the EU. Most orders arrive within 5 days for 90% of our customers. You will receive an email with your tracking number to follow your shipments progress.

Delivery times for orders outside the EU will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

How secure is shopping on your website? Is my data protected?

We use a fully encrypted payment gateway using https protocol which ensures your personal data and credit card information is perfectly safe. We do
not store any credit card information on our servers.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you place your order and the payment is completed you will receive an email containing your invoice and purchase details.
Once your order is shipped you will received another email with your postage tracking number.

Please contact our customer support if you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours.

Do I receive an invoice with my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your payment is processed. If you require a specific tax invoice please contact our customer support team.
